What is Showcase?
Showcase is an inventory management platform built specifically for sports card dealers. Organize your inventory, print labels, manage show inventory, sync with marketplaces, and track sales—all from one place.
Do I need to scan every card individually?
No. Showcase supports multiple ways to add inventory, including AI-powered scanning, manual entry, voice input, and eBay inventory import.
Do I have to use eBay?
No. Showcase works as a complete inventory system even if you never connect a marketplace. Marketplace integrations are optional.
Can I use Showcase at card shows?
Absolutely. Show Mode lets you prepare inventory for events, print labels, organize cards by location, track sales, and quickly find cards while you're behind the table.
Can I print labels with my existing printer?
Yes. Showcase is designed to support multiple label sizes and printers. We recommend specific printer profiles, but you're not locked into a single brand.
Can I access Showcase on my phone?
Yes. Showcase is designed to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile so you can manage inventory wherever you're buying or selling.
Is my inventory private?
Yes. Your inventory belongs to you. Other users cannot view your cards unless you intentionally share them or choose to make inventory visible through future integrations like HobbyHub.
